Lich Lyrics Curse Song deals no damage

Description
Using the -cursesong 8 (Lich Lyrics) on hostile enemies does not deal any damage. All the proper visuals are there, and I believe the -2 CON is applying, but no damage is getting dealt. Tested this on multiple mobs over multiple areas.

Steps to reproduce
Be bard. Learn Lich Lyrics via FOIG methods. Type in -cursesong 8 or use the bard song menu to set it as one's active curse song. Use it within range of hostile enemies.

Expected result
Many d8s of magic damage, as well as -2 CON from epic skill focus.

Actual result
Only -2 CON from epic skill focus.
