Stealth Speed Bonus Bugged

Description of Bug Experienced:
I play on the PC, and have leveled to a combined level of 20 levels in rogue/shadowdancer, allowing me to gain the stealth speed bonus.

From this moment on any usage of haste (spell or wand) or sprint would not speed me up anymore in stealth, or detect mode.

At the same time the speed bonus has not been activating while going stealth, with the exception of one time when walking stealth in the Cordor Shadowplane, I believe the Temple district.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Rogue 7 Levels
Shadowdancer 14 levels
Loremaster 5 levels

Expected Result:
"At combined level 20, movement speed penalty in stealth is reduced by 20%."

Actual Result:
Speed penalty not reducing, with the exception of the one time in Cordor Shadowplane.
Haste/Sprint speed bonusses now not working while in stealth/detect mode.

Im not using the same class layout but for me the stealth speed bonus works.
Do you perhaps have -naturalwalk enabled?

It was not on, but after toggling it on and then off it actually solved the issue, so thank you!! ((:
