Eldritch Carapace 1 and 2, - Warlock features gained at level 20 and 30 respectively - do not function at all.
This has been tested both on the live server and the test server.
There is no feat to reflect the bonus and there is no bonus to physical damage immunity provided either.
Tested this by both physically taking damage and confirming there is no "Damage immunity increased" modifier on the character sheet when not wearing other equipment.
