Bard Greater Shadow Evocation fails

When attempting to cast shadow evocation as a 6th level bard spell, the spell will fail and a message will appear stating you need spell components to cast that spell.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cast Greater Shadow Evocation as a 6th level bard spell (innate 7th level for wizards/sorcs)

Expected result
-----------------------
Cast the spell without spell components (only required for 7th level and above)

Actual result
-------------------
Spell fails. Components are required.
