Description of Bug Experienced:
Many looted scrolls (from corpses) seem to be using an older version of it, when compared to the scrolls that are taken out of the scroll case. This limits the use of the scroll filter, as many of the looted scrolls don't stack with the ones of the same type in your inventory, and create a new stack.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Have a few scroll types in your inventory, that have gone through the scroll case first (eg. some zoo spell scrolls)
2. Add those scroll types to the scroll case filter
3. Loot some corpses until you encounter a scroll of one of the types that were included in the filter
4. Notice how it creates a new stack, instead of stacking with the already existing scrolls
Expected Result:
Looted scrolls stack with the ones that have been through the scroll case
Actual Result:
Looted scrolls have different usage limitations and / or use a different scroll version that doesn't stack with the scrolls that have been through the case first
Additional Information/Notes
Below are some of the differences I spotted in various scroll types.
Scroll Type - Looted Scroll Differences
------------------------------------------------------
Mage Armor - Not Usable by: Hexblade, Shaman, Spellsword, Warlock
Protection from Alignment - Not Usable by: Favored Soul, Spellsword, Warlock
Ultravision - Not Usable by: Favored Soul, Hexblade, Shaman, Spellsword, Warlock
Bulls Strength - Not Usable by: Favored Soul, Hexblade, Spellsword, Warlock, Ranger, Shaman
Eagle's Splendor - Not Usable by: Favored Soul, Hexblade, Spellsword, Warlock, Ranger, Shaman, Cleric, Druid
Owl's Wisdom - Not Usable by: Favored Soul, Spellsword, Ranger, Shaman, Cleric, Druid, Paladin
Remove Disease & Lesser Restoration - No class limitation on either, but they still don't stack
Prayer - Looted is Usable By: Cleric, Paladin ~ Scroll from Case is Usable by: Cleric, Favored Soul
It seems that for the most part, they are lacking non-vanilla class usage tags, but not always, like in the case of Eagle's Splendor lacking Cleric, that can normally use the spell in vanilla too. There's also the case of Remove Disease and Lesser Restoration, neither of which has any usage limitation but still doesn't stack.
Let me know if lists like this would be helpful in solving this.

Re: Multiple Scroll Versions
This is a side effect of how we automatically update newly created scrolls and as such, while inconvenient, means you will need to use or dispose of old ones that do not stack.
Loot spawning is something only an admin can really address beyond that.

Re: Multiple Scroll Versions
Putting them in the case and back out fixes them as well.
This kind of beats the purpose of the scroll filter however, as most (if not all) of the scrolls I have looted that didn't automatically go in the case created a new stack. It's preferable if one doesn't use the filter and just takes the scrolls they want out of the case directly.
Otherwise, the filter would have been a nice feature as it would help in saving some scroll case space, considering it currently has a limiter.
Perhaps this tread can be kept as a reference in case this could be addressed at some point.

Re: Multiple Scroll Versions
This is super prevalent for lore masters. Almost every scroll I scribe then "save" with lore mastery gets a seperate item that does not stack with the previous and also will not stack in the scroll case.
