Dockmaster fenig at sencliff cove seems to have a different dialog. He no longer has a shop nor does he buy cargo /treasure
Steps to reproduce

go to sencliff docks, talk to dockmaster fenig
Expected result
-----------------------
sell our precious spoils to the dwarf for gold!
Actual result
-------------------
i think he went back to his old dialog before the cargo change was added.
