New gem nodes not guaranteed 1 gem

Description:
Gem nodes were recently changed so they always guarantee 1 gem. The new gem nodes are not flagged to guarantee at least 1 gem.

Steps to reproduce:
Go and beat up an onyx node.

Expected result:
Be guaranteed at least 1 onyx.

Actual result:
Not getting at least 1 onyx from the node.

Misc Notes:
Tourmaline probably has the issue too. But I've not gotten a single gem from those nodes. I'm not sure if they're still broken, or if I'm just unlucky. I tried 3 times to get gems from.

To add to this report:

Onyx gems don't seem to be counted as "gem nodes". Loremaster Gathering bonus adds to them, but none of the mining weapons seems to trigger for these (Don't see the message for using a gathering tool, nor does it receive the bonus damage to speed it up).
