Ranger's Archer path missing feats on lvl up

Hello, problem is simple:
I've created a new character, currently is at 5th lvl(4 Bard/1 Ranger), upon leveling from 4 to 5 I picked Ranger level and shortly after that I've picked the Archer path. In the result I should've gained the 3 feats named on wiki: point-blank shot, rapid shot and rapid reload but it didn't happen. I've been running with DM badge since yesterday but only managed to contact DM Potato, who couldn't help but advised on creating this thread. I'm not certain if I should be leveling up further, so I'll be keeping around 5th-6th lvl for now.

The character name is Rupert (human).

The feats are provided on level-up event. Once you have selected the path, either relevel or level up again to obtain all the archer feats.
