Character with Lore 81 (No bard levels) can not cast 9th scrolls
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
21 barb, 5 lore master, 4 fighter
Lore:
33 skill points,
6 from INT (16 base + 12 from items and fox)
10 from LM
5 from SF lore
27 from items
total = 81 (correctly shown in character sheet)
use scrolls that require 80 Lore = not possible
click on Lore Skill in character sheet = "Your current skill for using magic scrolls is 79"
Expected Result:
"Your current skill for using magic scrolls" should be 81
Actual Result:
"Your current skill for using magic scrolls is 79"

Also confirmed by another Loremaster without bard levels.
The SF change from 3 to 5 is probably not correctly calculated for using magic scrolls
