Description of Bug Experienced:
Smuggler teleports party members to the destination even if they are on a different map. This does things like pulls people off of ships unexpectedly.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have a party of more than one player. Have all players but one on a ship map. Have the smuggler player take the smuggler wherever.

Expected Result:
Smuggler telepports the player that took the smuggler and all players next to them.

Actual Result:
Smuggler inconsistently teleports players from other maps. Sometime it will take the entire party no matter where they are, sometimes it will take some players in the party from other maps but not all. This has resulted in players teleporting their entire party off a ship many times.
