Lush Lament Sonic Vulnerability

Description of Bug Experienced:

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
26 total curse song level (16 bard, 10 dirgesinger) = 26% Sonic Vulnerability

Expected Result:
Sing Lush Lament and gain +1 more sonic from +4 sonic essences
Gain +2 on critical

Actual Result:
No actual benefit from vulnerability

Additional Information/Notes
(Might be wrong though since I cannot try higher enough numbers, Wounding whispers is a good candidate, but the dice roll can be deceiving)
Will test on PGCC if the issue is with the curse song synergy, since I notice that my Lich Lyric never seem to roll higher than 140s.

How are you calculating and implementing your sonic damage?

I computed expected sonic damage as follows:
4 (+4 Sonic essence) x 1.26 = Expected should be 5 every strike
Even on a crit, 8 is still the result, while expected should be 10

Also for lich lyrics:

This one is what it currently looks like based on my sample:

**I didn't account for memento mori additional damage on Lich Lyrics, so the graph above may be an under estimation

** EDIT: Also, I have 36modified CHA, with 74 Perform currently with gear and spells (Without Bard Song)

Additional info:
Just tested on Distant Shores, played lush lament on mob, then animal empathy.
16bard/10dirge singer = Expected Cursesong level is 26

when I got the mob, its listen was -5, then rose to 11 when curse song expired, played a bardsong, rose to 17 which is expected.

At Curse Song level 26, the expected malus to listen is -26, but it appears to only give a -16 in total. (not even accounting for baseline curse song malus). Which kinda confirms my suspicion that there are some songs that are not affected by dirgesinger levels.
