When putting items in the Hunting Bag (Greater) they weight more instead of less

As the title says. I have a greater hunting bag, but when I put stuff inside my weight goes up instead of down! (yes, I tried putting it into the 'bag repari thingie', same results)
Steps to reproduce

Put stuff inside a Hunting Bag (Greater)
Expected result
--------------------------------
Weight should go down 20%
Actual result
--------------------------------
Weight increases instead
