After researching weapons I may have found a bug where the Fighter double dips damage bonus with the dale sword.
The weapon damage as advertised should be:
1d6 + X (Ability + Wspec + EWspec)
+7 (+4 from ench added to a +3 from fighter lvl 28+) in slashing damage (but it lists as piercing possible second bug?)
+1d8 vs x y z
In testing it does:
1d6 + X (Ability + Wspec + EWspec)
+7 (+4 from ench added to a +3 from fighter lvl 28+) in slashing damage
+1d8 vs x y z
+4 (Seems to be enchanted +4 damage bonus dips again this time without warrior's +3) as physical damage
If this is intended I don't see it advertised on the wiki.
This damage bonus turns it from one of the worst weapons to one of the best.
Seemingly it keeps the +4 active as regular damage and adds the +7 as slashing.

Re: Dale sword fighter double dip
Dale Sword is a short sword, short swords have damage-type Piercing instead of Slashing. Enhancement and fighter levels are stacking correctly as intended.
Though not part of the original report, the +1d8 piercing vs racial types should become slashing instead in order to stack with enhancement in the first place.
