Broken Henchmen

The Expeditionary Henchmen in Cordor are broken. You cannot order them to attack and they will not attack to defend themselves, only when granted an Attack of Opportunity. They also seem to not easily draw aggro. Meaning if I order one into the fray when I am not currently disturbing a hostile NPC many times, they run right past the Expeditionary Henchmen and attack me.
