Sun Vulnerability Not Going Away

Description
Races that gain stacking sun vulnerability for each tick they spend in the sun, can get stuck with these vulnerabilities until reset.
Steps to reproduce
Be vulnerable to sunlight.
Go into sunlight.
Hang out in sunlight.
Get mad debuff stacks.
Crash/Relog/Server Hop/Etc
Expected result
Ticks spent indoors gradually remove stacks (as normal)
Actual result
Nothing. Stuck with vulnerability stacks
