Using runic sequencer as a Cloistered Cleric consumes spell slots

Post by Ithalan » Thu Aug 04, 2022 3:49 pm

Description of Bug Experienced:
Same character on the PGCC server as described in this bug report: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=38672

In this case using a runic sequencer as a cloistered cleric is causing memorized spells to be eaten.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Made a cleric as a level 1 character with the storm and magic domains
Took Cloistered Cleric path at level 3
Finished leveling to 30 as a cleric 27/monk 3
Memorize a bunch of level 1 spells and rest
Summon something (I used Planar Conduit)
Use a runic sequencer on the summon (I used Orb Cradle, Lesser, Arcane)

Expected Result:
That using the runic sequencer doesn't consume memorized 1st-level spells

Actual Result:
1st-level spells are consumed as if they had been cast. If no memorized spells are left, the ruinic sequencer partially fails with the message "You do not have enough 1st spell slots remaining to cast that spontaneous spell"

Additional Information/Notes
I'm guessing because the lesser arcane runic sequencer casts Mage Armor among other spells, and Mage Armor is a 1st-level domain spell for the Magic domain, the Cloistered Cleric spontaneous casting script gets confused and think I am trying to spontaneously cast the spell when I use the runic sequencer.
