Quivering palm is not working at all. Every time you try to use it its greyed out on the quick slot after and reappears at the designated time its supposed to but is not getting used at all. So its not triggered. Please fix.

Perhaps you should add more details on it. As far as I see, posts without detailed information list as the template seldom receive reply.

Quivering palm not activating at all when used from quick slot or otherwise and clicked on an enemy target.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Place Quivering palm on Quick slot. Click on quick slot. click on enemy creature.


Expected result
-----------------------
If you make the hit ( pass AC with your AB ) the enemy makes a DC check vs. death.



Actual result
-------------------

No such check is made.
The quivering palm on the quick slot fades out as if it was used. After the designated time, the option to use it reappears due to the clearing of the cool down period
