Hell hound summon is lazy

So, the UD summon VI, the hell-hound, is kinda dangerous to use - I think it is due to the fire breath that it has - it will simply stand there for ages before finally breathing fire in a random direction, and then stand for another few rounds before it will attack anything.

It gets even worse if enemies are out of range when the CD of the fire breath lapses, then it will stand there indefinetly or until you move it in range of the enemies with the player tool.

Would it be possible to simply do away with the fire breath? It has pitiful damage for a Summon VI (I saw single-digits damage, only) or maybe give it another ability?
