Drowned Men not available for Fathomless

20 Wizard / 3 Fathomless, don't have options for the undead stream. Do I need to relevel?

On PGCC. As well as once attaining them, they don't have undead properties such as crit immunity, etc.

I find another bug of Drowned while testing. Only the first undead summon will be turned into an unknown. Is that intended?
