Was doing a writ with my Level 20 Warlock and when my Eldritch Summon died I used create greater undead to summon 3 zombie bezerkers but I got regular zombies with 67 hp. I changed my stream to ghouls and got level 6 ghouls as well. I changed charaters to my Level 19 Palemaster/Wizard and used animate dead, create undead, create greater undead and changed my streams and all summons were low level here as well.

Temp fix is to use the -ucl and select the highest level you have.

Can confirm that manually setting your -ucl tier to the highest tier works, using -ucl 0 which should reset it to automatic does not.

This should be fixed after the reset.

This seems to still be an issue, my 19wiz/3fathomless was summoning UCL 6, but after leveling up to 20wiz/3fathomless is summoning UCL 5.

Are you sure that the server has been reset? If it's PGCC, it hasn't.

This is on the main server. I went from UCL 6, leveled up, now stuck with UCL 5.

Have you tried changing your UCL manually?

What spells are you using?

Yes, typing:
-ucl 6 (gets the response that my UCL is 5)
-ucl 7 (as above)
-ucl 5 (works)

But before leveling up, I was able to get UCL 6. I've been using Create Greater Undead before leveling and after leveling. It spawns 3 of the same type in every instance. Previously that was UCL 6, now it is UCL 5.

How is UCL calculated? My confusion is coming from the use of UCL to represent what was previously called "Tier", so now there's no clear information about what UCL is or how it is calculated depending on class.

Wizard + Warlock levels, and if 17 or over it gives you tier 5. Tier 6 would be from Mummy Dust. Actually sounds like the bug you're reporting here is something that was broken, but now fixed. Haha.
