Hijo the Cage Boss Smacks the Bugged

Description of Bug Experienced:
If you get stuck behind the door on the interior side of the Cage then attempt to speak to Hijo, he'll speak with you, pay you, but then engage his 'don't interrupt my fight' script causing you to go down to 1 HP.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Get stuck behind the door
2. Talk to Hijo
Expected Result:
1. Hijo gives you a chance to get out of the cage because he realizes you just fought something
Actual Result:
1. Hijo boots you out and hits you for max HP-1.
