Feybook Not Giving Stream, Prism Fine

Description of Bug Experienced:
Currently, the Fey Stream Book does not provide the stream to those who use it.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Be a high-level summoner.
- Lack Unseelie summoning stream.
- Consume Single-Use Unseelie Stream Book. (Read it, don't eat it!)

Expected Result:
Book is consumed.
You can now summon a Verdant Prince! (He is fabulous, and his fabulousness makes you slightly more epic by association.)

Actual Result:
Book is NOT consumed.
Nothing happens. You do not gain a stream. (You remain non-fabulous and unable to summon even lesser Fae. You are certainly denied his distinguished presence.)
You are now required to locate an approved Fey associate for vetting. (You need a prism filled by an existing summoner of Verdant Princes, and/or other (lesser) Fey.)

Additional Information/Notes
Filing Bug Report for a surface friend who is having this difficulty and does not have a forum account, and experienced a lack of Fae awesomeness. Happens on all servers.

Note: Someone below commented there is a book that works and a book that does not work in the loot-table.

I'll have to check if I actually received it when I used the book the first time.

I don't keep track of what streams I have, so I always just try to consume stream books just in case. When I try to consume extra copies of the Feybook it tells me I already have it.

I wonder if maybe there's multipe item IDs for this one style of book?

There are two different books in the system, they have different GP values.

One works, the other does not.

No, I cannot remember which is which.
