Language Not Completing

Description of Bug Experienced:
100% completion of language did not result in [Fluent] tag. Some language text in game still appears untranslated.

Steps to reproduce the Bug: Bug occurred to a Loremaster Cleric with Knowledge domain. Undercommon was learned the old fashioned way and not taken as a Bonus Language.

Expected Result: Undercommon should have become [Fluent] or at least [Expert] at 100%

Actual Result: Undercommon remains [Advanced] 100%

How long did this happen? you're probably at 99.6%

Would think so, but at 16 hard INT the character should get 3 extra languages (not counting LM bonus languages). Undercommon was the first one chosen as an extra language to learn the normal way.

You're most likely nearly there.
I've had it a couple of times. 100% does not equal fluent. As suggested above you are probably at 99.8% Just keep up the studies.
