In the underdark, in the western Floodplains (where the bullywug village is), near the Northeast transition, the player cannot walk in the corridor leading to and from that transition. Monsters and pets can cross it, but not players.

If you came in from the northeast transition, you get blocked going any further into the area. If you already in the area, you can't make use of that transition.
