Bug report: Greater Planar Binding not working on Sequencer Arcane Focus (Wizard)
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
While the staff is equiped i cast the spell it already shows the 10 minute timer And then i can only cast the spell on my character. Not on the ground.

Expected result
-----------------------
Is that the greater planar binding goes off and i get a summon (slaad to be sure since it works with planar binding)
Actual result
-------------------
Nothing

Can we put greater planar binding on the ban list for sequencers?

Ah. I understand the issue here, this spell has multiple functions so the targetting solution needs adjustments to match a spells.
I'll add it to the list
