Swashbuckler Third Intention BUG

Description
The description of Third Intention states that the Swashbuckler should be immune to all damage and crowd control effects whilst under the effect of the feature, however, multiple times I have had it shown that I will still take damage from extraneous effects, and still be breached when I am supposed to be immune to all effects and damage.
Steps to reproduce
1) Have a Level 21+ Swashbuckler use Third Intention
2) Have a Paladin/CoT/Shaman/etc. use War Cry/Divine Wrath/Divine Might or other similar effects
3) Have the Paladin/CoT/Shaman/etc. hit the Swashbuckler while Third Intention is Active
Expected result
Immunity to all Damage and Crowd Control Effects
Actual result
Even while Third Intention is Active, I am Taking Divine/Magic damage as normal, or even Cavalier charge damage (inconsistent).
