I've found the Arelith Travel Guide twice now on bookshelves and both times I haven't been able to take it off the shelf with a combat log readout that says "That item cannot be given away." Smashing the shelves to loot the 'corpse' produces similar results.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Find a bookshelf with the "Arelith Travel Guide" and try to take it down.

Expected result
-----------------------
The book is now in my inventory.

Actual result
-------------------
The book refuses to be removed from the shelf.
