Dark Invocation: Sage Tongues buff doesn't display remaining duration

Description of Bug Experienced: When clicking the Skill increased buff icon on the top-right that displays after casting Dark Invocation: Sage Tongues, it displays "Active Skill Increase:" in the combat log and nothing else.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Actual Result: No duration printed
