Send_Image & Stealth

Noticing that recently using the command to send_image while disguised and in stealth is producing the sender's original name instead of the disguise.
Reproduction:
Apply Disguise
Activate stealth
Command: -send_image
Expected Result: "Disguise Name": [message]
Actual Result: Joe Schnider: [message]
However, Deactivating stealth results in the Expected Result message being sent with the disguise name.
Side Note: The source of project image in this case is from Loremaster.
