Glitch or Change?

My character died in the iron mines. Oddly it did not lose the gp it was carrying. Was this a glitch or a change in the way death is handled?

Character: James Underleaf

Time: approximately 3:00 am, Saturday morning.

Just in case you need to look at what happened.

I've noticed that dying to traps doesn't drop gold on death. I'd wager you died to one of the traps in the mines?

Ah. This is possibly due to the interaction you have when dying with traps. They do not function as PvP or PvE when module placed, so they likely do not trigger the effects.
