Crafting station "too busy" not timing out.

Description:
Crafting station "too busy to talk" conversations are supposed to time out after 15 minutes. This is not happening.

Steps to reproduce:
Do something like open a container while a crafting station is open, to make the crafting station dialogue too busy to talk.
Expected result:
The conversation to time out after 15 minutes so the station becomes usable again.
Actual result:
After 2 hours the crafting station is still not usable.
