Sustain heals you when cast, even not dying

Description of Bug Experienced:
Sustain cantrip, when just cast on anything, even people who are barely injured, will heal them for 11 health.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Cast sustain cantrip on any living entity, that's NOT dying.
Expected Result:
It just gives them bleeding damage DR and heart stop immunity
Actual Result:
It does that, and ALSO heals them for 11 hp.
