No longer possible to take ESF:UMD

Description of Bug Experienced:
Releveling my bard, I noticed that it is no longer possible to select epic skill focus in Use Magic Device.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

• Take an epic level in bard
• Have maxed UMD (in my case 30th level with 33 UMD)

Expected Result:

• Be able to select Epic Skill Focus: Use Magic Device

Actual Result:
Use magic device is not listed among the skills for epic skill focus.

Additional Information/Notes
Tested on UD and Surface server (I can take it fine on the PGCC)

check to see if you took above 21 ranks of UMD before level 20. If you're doing to relevel and haven't added the skill points manually you won't see it because you have to have all the ranks assigned before the level you take the feat otherwise it doesn't recognize you have the skill points.

I have 27 ranks before I take level 30. And besides - for every other skill, it shows up if you go from 0 ranks to 33 on the same level that you want to take the ESF

Gentle bump as it is still not possible to take ESF:UMD for bard.

Didn't bards lose access to UMD recently as a class skill? (Ignore this, it was Open lock/Disarm Trap)
