Robe option 28 Broken

Description
Robe option 28 was animated and worked fine until the last update and now it hangs between the knees and is no longer animated.
Steps to reproduce
Wear robe 28 on an elven female
Expected result
It fits and animates
Actual result
It is no longer animated and has fallen a few inches too low leaving a hole in the pelvis
