Wood from bags are not recognized as ship repair material

Description
When I try to use woods from mining bag to repair ship, they are not recognized as ship repair material.
Later when I chopped some fresh wood and they are fine...
Steps to reproduce
Put woods into bag, extract from bag and use these for ship repair (no idea if i can 100% reproduce this)
Expected result
Can repair with these woods
Actual result
Cannot.
