Description of Bug Experienced:
I have noticed that sometimes one or both songs will stop recharging.
When I had logged in today my curse song charges were maxed at 9/9 buy my bard songs were sitting at only 1/7 charges.
I thought maybe it was just from logging out but I sat in game for about 15 mins and the bard songs never recharged.
After resting the charges returned and the songs would start to recharge again.
The bug happened again when I went to town and noticed my Bard Songs were sitting at 7/7 but my Curse Songs were no longer recharging and sitting at 3/9 and that was over a span of sitting in town for over 30 minutes.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
I am not sure of the steps. Both times I noticed the songs not recharging was after logging into the server.
Expected Result:
Both songs should be recharging at their set interval (based on your bard / dirge lvl and feats)
Actual Result:
Sometimes only one charges as intended.

Tried to do screenshots of the curse songs still being at 3 through out 3 separate server ticks
Additional Information/Notes
I have also noticed sometimes when I use my Dirge abilities (Dirge of Harvest primarily) that it has lowered my Bard Song Charge instead of my Curse Song Charge. At first I thought I had just accidentally used my Bard song multiple times but then I noticed my Cursed Song Charge was still maxed while my Bard Song charge will be down by 2 charges
