Description of Bug Experienced:
This is about the Temple in the Sharps, in the Underdark.
Bug: The Temple is not associated with the inner Quarter as a Guild.
Tried to pass a supposed guildhouse on to a faction member through occupation of the single inner quarter and the guildhouse went up for bid instead of going to the inner quarter owner.
The owner of the inner quarter could then also no longer enter the main door even though they owned the inner quarter. Reaffirming that the guildhouse does -not- see itself as a guildhouse property.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Inner quarter is rented by someone other then the current owner of the guildhouse.
The current owner of the guildhouse releases the guildhouse at the main property sign.
Expected Result:
Guildhouse cycles to the owner of the inner quarter.
Actual Result:
Guildhouse went up for bid, and inner quarter tennant could no longer enter the guildhouse.

Also to show that the guildhouse should grant the inner quarter tennant access tot he guildhouse through their own key.
Additional Information/Notes
The situation itself has been resolved with help from DM poppy. But the fact remains that the property is not labelled as a guildhouse while it should be due to it having a rentable property inside.
Another note, this was 4 days before -before- the update where temple can ONLY be rented by applicable classes (4th of may '23).
It was rentable by all at the time of the bug.
