Shrondinger's Portal Lens creates Simultaneous Dead and Living Player

Description
Use of a portal lens to escape imminent death leaves PC as both alive and dead.

]Steps to reproduce
Be in PVP about to die. Use a portal lens to teleport to another server. Do not go to Kelemvor's Well. Come out at the other portal in good shape. Assume you didn't die. Run back to town to tell everyone you have been attacked and ask them to come with you to confront the attacker.
Get to the location of PVP. Find your own dead body. Be very. very confused.

Expected result
Use of portal lens successfully teleporting you anywhere means you escaped Death and did not go to Kelemvor's Well. Thus you can continue with RP as having escaped certain death and can recall all the events.

Actual result
With dead body as evidence of your death, RP becomes awkward and convoluted. Other players assume you are not following the death amnesia rule.
