Speedy Messengers sometimes can't find targets

Description of Bug Experienced:
As of the recent update, where the server went down for a bit and had to be set up again, speedy messengers will occasionally fail to find people by name whether or not they're in stealth.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

1. Find a speedy or use a wisp.
2. Attempt to send a message to someone (who I assume was either in stealth at some point, or may have been disguised before their last relog)

Expected Result:
You should be able to find the person with the messenger.

Actual Result:
It seems like some people can't be speedied until they relog. Again, I assume it has something to do with the renaming conventions, as when they enter stealth or disguise their names do change. Could be wrong though. Just making this report for posterity.

This seems to happen when you enter a server while stealthed.

Happened to me the other day when I entered C&P from Surface while stealthed and got tells from someone later that I was sneaking even though it was like 2 hours later and I'd not stealthed in all that time.

Relogging fixed it.

Enable the ama badge.
Log off while stealthed.
Log In again and type -ama.

Expected result
See your PCs name in the -ama list.

Actual result
Your PCs name is not in the -ama list.

Be visible on the portal page.
Log off while stealthed.
Log In again and refresh the portal page.

Expected result
See your PCs name on the portal page.

Actual result
Your PCs name is not seen on the portal page.

Misc
Unstealthing wont fix the issues but relogging while unstealthed does.
