No -makesafe in Guldorand Speedy Messenger

Description: After sending a speedy from the Speedy messenger, pc is stuck in place. Using -makesafe does not work. Have to log off and relog.

Steps to reproduce: Talk to Speedy Messenger. When done, find your pc stuck or running in place. use -makesafe. Screens freezes but pc is still stuck.

Expected result: -makesafe should talk pc to a new part of the building where pc can move.

Actual result: - makesafe accomplishes nothing.

This room, along with the Notary, has a severe problem with causing desync for me, as well.

It's desync. Nothing to do with -makesafe
