Henchman Kres Hasaak located in the Minmir (Nexus Falls) The Silver Bough has a base dexterity of 21, has weapon finesse feat and finesse weapons, but because he is wearing a breatplate or chainmail, his dex is limited to (14)+2 only. Therefore he loses a lot of AB and potential AC because it prevents from buffing his dex for better stats in battle

Hire the henchman and check stats
Expected result
Dex as main stat as intended for his build
Actual result
Ends up using strength, which is considerably lower, making him much weaker than other henchmen with lower req.
