Description of Bug Experienced: This isn't exactly a bug, but given that the Suggestions board is closed, and it's stated in Feedback that devs likely won't see it, I figured this was the only realistic spot. A book called 'Into Darkness: The Birth of the Shadovar' is a part of the loot matrix that gives an extremely in-depth history of the Shadovar that has since been stated is largely unknown information on Arelith, outside of being told by a Shadovar themselves.
This book is likely a relic from before the Shadovar lore was fleshed out on the server, but it now contains a huge amount of information that non-Shadovar players are told they should not have access to without firsthand knowledge, including specific names, societal customs, methods of ascension to becoming a Shade, powerful magical rituals, the vow to return and retake their Material empire, etc.
Steps to reproduce the Bug: Looting any viable bookshelf that pulls from the loot matrix - it's fairly common, and on most public shelves even beyond this.
