Description
From some practicing against a drow I noticed Improved Chaos Shield would frequently get resisted on a character who should have had a CL above their racial Spell Resistance.
Steps to reproduce
Cast Improved Chaos Shield, ram something with spell resistance. Watch them resist.
Expected result
The spell will trigger a saving throw because racial Spell Resistance isn't that high.
Actual result
Racial Spell Resistance will frequently block Improved Chaos Shield until the target is morded first to bring the value down.
