Description of Bug Experienced:
Safeguard feat ability of the Earthkin defender does not apply DI and SR to allies as advertised.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Take Safeguard 1,2, and 3 on an Epic Earthkin Defender, use the ability. It can be clicked on either the Player's or an allies character (both tested). The green targeting circle will always indicate the radius around the PC.
Expected Result:
DI and SR show up on allies character sheet and apply to rolls ingame.
Actual Result:
They don't show up and do not apply (Tested for SR with a magic missile scroll)

Additional Information/Notes
I tried with partied PCs and a summoned Archon, but I couldn't get the SR or DI to stick to them. It didn't show in their character sheet and I was able to magic missile them from a scroll without an SR roll.
Tested with Tier 3 of the feat, may or may not apply to the other tiers. I would really appreciate this being looked into.
It does work on my own character.
