Description
Tried to use the stream books: "book of celestial prayer", "book of profane rituals", "madman's diary" and none of the abilities from the radial work. Can't learn the stream, nor summon the outsider. I'm a bard lvl 24.
Steps to reproduce
Use the books, all I get from the logs is "x uses item's speacial power" but nothing happens
Expected result
Supposed to learn the stream from the "*" radial or summon an outsider from the "1" radial
Actual result
Nothing happens
