Bug at the dispel of Holy Sword, from Reckoning Oath:
Cast Holy sword, wait 3:30 to 4 minutes and then hit, the dispel don't proc, only the check to lower target AB.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Cast Holy Sword, wait between 3:30 and 4 minutes and hit the target.
Expected Result:
Check to dispel target spells and lower the AB.
Actual Result:
Check to lower AB only.
