Movement speed bugged after being underwater

Different to the other bug,

Description of Bug Experienced:
When any character has gone underwater and then changed their movement speed, they'll not only be able to avoid the movement speed penalties underwater but it will bug them when they return to the diving bell and lose the underwater status. e.g. Having haste and then going out of the bell will reduce you to the slow crawl of being underwater, the same as a non-hasted character going into the water. Compared to going out non-hasted and hasting whilst out there, which results in just the normal haste speed, but then bugs movement speed back to normal movement when returning to the diving bell. I'm guessing the actual underwater property is doing this.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Movement Speed bug:

  • Be inside the diving bell and cast haste.
  • Go out.
  • Haste speed is reduced to the same speed as non-hasted character.

Haste bug:

  • Go down in a diving bell, be unhasted.
  • Go into an underwater area.
  • Cast haste on self, can now avoid underwater movement speed.
  • Go back inside, now hasted speed is reduced to normal speed even though haste persists.

Expected Result:

  • Haste being faster than a non-hasted character, all other things equal.
  • Not having a different result if casting haste whilst underwater.

RP only starts at 30 if you're a coward.
