Description of Bug Experienced:
Water Breath isn't an option for extended spells on L4 slots.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have extend.
Check a wizard spellbook under the extended spellslots.
No Water Breath.
Expected Result:
Extra long Water Breath.
Actual Result:
Only 24 hours remain.
