Description of Bug Experienced:

use -loadout, and other items will load onto character properly but rings will always dequip ring 1 when ring 2 is equipped.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
use loadout
Expected Result:
equips everything (minus weapons)
Actual Result:
Only 1 ring will stick.
