VFX Scaling on Colossal Sword

Description of Bug Experienced:

Playing a Half-Fire Giant Spellsword, I placed [Imbue Weapon: Fire] on my [Colossal Sword], and expected Fire VFX and Rune VFX to appear.
Turns out, only one such appearance properly lifts the Rune VFX to be visible, and are still clipped.
All other appearances of [Colossal Sword]s lack this feature.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Rest. Equip Sword. Cast [Imbue Weapon: Fire].
Repeat as necessary.

Expected Result:
All models of [Colossal Swords] to gain Fire VFX and Rune VFX on the use of [Imbue Weapon: Fire].

Actual Result:
Only one appearance retained Rune VFX display, all others did not.

Additional Information/Notes
Notably, the screenshots indicate that the VFX aren't working on the Greater Award / Dwarf-based Giants, and showed success on the other bases. My thinking leads me to believe it's a scaling issue, based on the %s of such that the other giants are using in comparison (notably, Fire/Frost are 160%, whereas the other two tested were 140%).
If that's so, it stands to reason that all other elemental imbuements will have this issue.
